Where do we stay?
Answer:
We have made arrangements for you to stay at one of the islands top accommodations. All of the accommodations are either located directly on the Gulf of Mexico or nearby with beach access.

When is check in?
Answer:
3-6 PM on scheduled day of arrival.
   
Question:
When is check out?
Answer:
10 AM on scheduled day of departure. Some activities may occur after check out.
   
Question:
Who may enroll?
Answer:
Women and men 18 years and older.
   
Question:
Will age affect my participation?
Answer:
No. We have activities available for all ages and fitness levels.
   
Question:
How is the food?
Answer:
The foods we prepare are not only low in calories and fat but are highly nutritious and very delicious! We strive to accommodate special needs. Please specify dietary restrictions when you make your reservation. All of our meals have been approved by a registered dietitian.
   
Question:
Are there any extra costs?
Answer:
Only if you choose to purchase any merchandise or spa treatments, such as facials, manicures, etc. Some activities such as fishing, Segway rental, boat rental and golf are not included in package. Additional personal training, massage and nutritional consultation are available for an extra fee.
   
Question:
Is active participation mandatory?
Answer:
No. However we encourage you to participate in as much activity as possible in order to receive the full benefits of the retreat. Choice time can be as active or relaxing as you want.

Should I consult a physician prior to attending?
Answer:
We strongly urge you to do this prior to attending Ocean and Motion Fitness Adventures.
   
Question:
What are the accommodations like?
Answer:
We have selected the islands best and most luxurious accommodations. All rooms, condos or homes are located on or have direct access to the beautiful Gulf of Mexico.
   
Question:
May I smoke?
Answer:
Outside only.
   
Question:
If I come alone do I have to pay the higher rate?
Answer:
No. We can arrange for you to have a roommate(s) if possible.
   
Question:
What should I bring?
Answer:
Upon enrollment, you will receive a detailed letter that lists everything you should need. Our attire is very beachy and comfortable, but you will need good supportive exercise shoes.

What is included in the cost?
Answer:
Our all inclusive package is quite extensive; therefore please click on the itinerary of your retreat for a complete list of what's included.
